Grandpa did not have the opportunity to serve a full time mission when he was a young man. He did serve several stake missions, and he and Grandma served as ward missionaries in the Lindon, UT 16th ward. He has always enjoyed working with the elders and attending the Gospel Essential Class. After he retired, I knew that at some point we wanted to serve a full time mission. We love working in the UT Provo mission office as housing coordinators with our Mission President, Harold C. Brown. We heard a neat concept the other day. Instead of "leaving" our family, we are "leading" our family. I like that. I love this gospel and the chance we have to serve our Heavenly Father.
